For anyone really, but particularly those attending my sessions, you might like to use this post and these links as a starter.
Please go to the resources page for creating your own blog.
Click here for the School Computing wiki – thanks Steve Knipe for rediscovering it for me
The page on blogs is http://schoolcomputing.wikia.com/wiki/Blogs It is a very good portal to the edublogosphere
Here is the 1,2,3,4
1 – create your own free personal/professional blog http://wordpress.com/
2 – create a class or similar blog as above
3 – create a bloglines account http://www.bloglines.com/
4 – start to read and write on other blogs. Check out the blogrolls of people who interest you.
[Start with comments, you can even link back to your own blog. As you go add blogs that interest you to your own free bloglines]
Confused? We’ll go through this step by step if you need.
Otherwise just jump in. Many if not most find it easier that way.
Then you can ask questions
Why not start by adding a comment or question here to this post.
Find and click the comment link.
Share your experiences, thoughts and discoveries. Cheers, Al
